CENTRAL AVENUE PROJECT
a healthier and safer Central Avenue
PROYECTO AVENIDA CENTRAL
una Avenida Central más sana y segura
Together for Brothers is connecting past and current projects of transit equity and mobility sovereignty as well as food justice and outdoor equity to explore a healthier and safer Central Avenue where most impacted communities identify their own problems, root causes and solutions with art making and storytelling.
Collaborating with core community partners -- Bernalillo County, ENLACE, Groundwork Studio, International District Healthy Communities Coalition, Keshet Dance & Center for the Arts, Mavel Photography, Three Sisters Kitchen and Working Classroom -- T4B will build capacity and plan with community to collect and share data and stories by, for and with most impacted communities who live, work, play, pray and learn along the Central Avenue Corridor in the Downtown, International District and Westgate neighborhoods.
Contact info@togetherrforbrothers.org with any questions.
Join Together for Brothers (T4B) and community partners to tell the stories of what makes Central Avenue "unhealthy" or "unsafe" with photography.
Community and families are invited to participate who live, work, play, pray or learn along the Central Avenue Corridor.
